/Botswana /Mashatu Game Reserve
Mashatu is situated at the confluence of the Limpopo and Shashe rivers in the far eastern corner of Botswana, some fi ve hours’ drive from Johannesburg. The name is derived from the magnifi cent mashatu trees that occur throughout the reserve. The main camp has 14 suites and a central dining area, day lounge and bar that provide lookouts from which to view animals visiting the adjacent water hole.
