/Zambia /Kapani Lodge
Kapani Lodge is situated in the Mfuwe area of South Luangwa National Park, one of Africa’s last remaining true wilderness areas. Renowned as Zambia’s finest wildlife reserve, Luangwa compares favourably with any national park in Africa as far as diversity and abundance of game is concerned. The lodge was built by the legendary Norman Carr, founding father of walking safaris. The six standard suites and one honeymoon suite overlook one of the many ox-bow lagoons that occur on both banks of the Luangwa River. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, gauze windows, large mosquito nets and fans above the beds.
